In recent years, the U.S. government has taken what could be described as historic steps toward informing the public about UFOs — now referred to as UAPs (Unidentified Anomalous Phenomena) — and the possibility of extraterrestrial life. We are no longer dealing merely with speculation. We are now confronting a phenomenon supported by official reports and visual evidence released by the U.S. government.
Based on currently available information, these phenomena appear to share several common characteristics: sudden appearance and disappearance, extraordinary acceleration, sharp maneuvers seemingly incompatible with the known laws of physics, and near-complete silence during motion. The fact that these phenomena can move at astonishing speeds while producing almost no sound remains one of the central mysteries demanding explanation.
A Problem Beyond Speed
One of the most striking features of the UAP phenomenon has been not only the extraordinary speeds reported, but the almost total silence accompanying those speeds. From the perspective of classical aerodynamics, any object traveling through the atmosphere at hypersonic velocity should produce enormous shockwaves, friction effects, and intense acoustic explosions. Yet the picture described in UAP reports is entirely different: sudden acceleration, sharp turns, seamless transitions between water, air, and space — all occurring with almost no sound at all. If the reported events reflect a genuine physical phenomenon, then we are forced to think beyond classical propulsion models.
At precisely this point, theoretical studies discussed in recent years within U.S. defense circles become highly relevant. In particular, figures such as Dr. Harold “Hal” Puthoff and Dr. Eric Davis have developed models focusing not on propulsion itself, but on space-time. According to this approach, the issue is not a craft physically cutting through the air; rather, it is the restructuring of space-time itself through the creation of a localized field around the craft.
According to this theory, if a “warp bubble” — or in other words, a dense energy field — is created around the vehicle, then the craft would no longer move through the atmosphere in the classical sense. Instead of air being violently displaced by the craft, the surrounding atmosphere would flow around the bent space-time geometry surrounding it. In such a scenario, friction would largely disappear; with friction reduced, shockwaves would diminish, and with shockwaves diminished, sound itself would vanish.
This may also explain the incredible speeds and accelerations described in UAP reports. Under normal conditions, the human body experiences immense G-forces during sudden acceleration. G-force is the physical pressure produced by rapid changes in velocity or direction. However, if the field surrounding the craft alters not only local space but also the local flow of time, then the reference frame inside the craft may function entirely differently from the outside world. What appears externally as an instantaneous leap across thousands of kilometers may not be experienced as violent acceleration by those inside.
The fundamental problem is this: the faster an object accelerates, the greater the friction, heat, sound, and G-forces become. That is why a fighter jet breaking the sound barrier can be heard from miles away. Extraordinary speed within an atmosphere carries a severe physical cost.
But here another critical dimension of the issue emerges: if the craft is not truly moving through space in the classical sense, but instead altering the surrounding fabric of space-time itself, then not only speed, but time itself must also behave differently.
Because in modern physics, time is not universal or fixed. One of Albert Einstein’s most revolutionary ideas was precisely this: the flow of time can be affected by velocity, gravity, and the curvature of space-time. There is no single cosmic clock ticking identically for everyone.
For example, GPS satellites require constant time corrections. Since they exist farther from Earth’s gravitational field, time flows differently for them than it does for clocks on Earth. Without those corrections, GPS systems would accumulate errors of kilometers within only a few days.
Now let us apply this to the UAP phenomenon. If a craft generates a dense energy field around itself and alters local space-time geometry, then the flow of time inside that field will not be identical to the outside world. From the perspective of an external observer, the craft may appear to traverse enormous distances instantaneously, while internally, consciousness itself may be unfolding within an entirely different temporal organization.
Why do I avoid simply saying, “Perhaps only a few seconds passed for the occupants,” and instead say, “The internal flow of consciousness may be operating within a different temporal organization”? Let me explain.
The observer inside the craft would still experience some form of temporal flow, because consciousness requires a degree of sequence in order to generate experience. But this “time” may not correspond directly to the same physical reference frame measured externally.
In other words, the issue may not be as simplistic as:
“Five seconds passed inside while five years passed outside.”
Another possibility is this:
If the craft generates its own localized space-time field, then the flow of time inside may partially decouple from external reality. In that case, even the question “How many seconds passed?” begins to lose its absolute meaning. Because what we call a “second” is itself a product of a particular space-time geometry.
That was the truly revolutionary implication of Einsteinian physics:
Time is not universal.
The Qur’an expresses the non-absolute nature of time with the following extraordinary verse:
“The angels and the Spirit ascend unto Him in a day whose measure is fifty thousand years.” (Surah Al-Ma‘arij 70:4)
This is precisely why certain problems arising from classical physics remain unresolved. People still tend to think with the assumption: “The craft simply accelerated normally.” But if the warp model is correct, then perhaps the craft is not accelerating in the classical sense at all. It may instead be moving together with its own localized space-time bubble.
In that case, the pilot inside may not experience extreme acceleration, deadly G-forces, massive friction, or crushing speed pressure. And naturally, time itself would also flow differently.
This is why some researchers believe the UAP phenomenon is not merely a problem of “flying vehicles.” At the center of the phenomenon may lie not only movement itself, but also time, perception, consciousness, velocity, and the very experience of reality.
This may also explain why many witnesses describe their experiences with phrases such as “missing time,” “everything stopped,” “absolute silence,” or “it lasted only moments but felt much longer.”
Because if local space-time is genuinely being altered, then the layer of reality within which the event occurs may itself be temporarily changing.
Let us consider a simple example. The Moon is approximately 384,000 kilometers away from Earth. According to classical physics, a vehicle traveling from the Moon to Earth must physically cross that entire distance. No matter how advanced the technology becomes, the craft would still need to traverse the full path. As velocity increases, so too do energy requirements, friction, acceleration stress, and temporal complications.
But the warp approach associated with the Puthoff–Davis framework introduces a far more radical possibility:
The craft is not overcoming distance — it is altering distance itself.
What Is Gravity, Really?
Most people think of gravity as an invisible pulling force. We imagine Earth somehow pulling us downward with an unseen rope. But modern physics suggests something rather different.
The easiest way to understand this is through a simple analogy. Imagine a stretched sheet. If you place a heavy object in the center, the sheet bends downward. Then if you roll a small marble across the surface, it no longer travels in a straight line; instead, it curves toward the depression created by the heavier object.
In everyday language we say:
“Gravity is pulling.”
But according to modern physics, what is actually happening is this:
The geometry itself has curved.
In other words, gravity is not an invisible rope — it is the curvature of space-time itself.
And now the real question emerges:
What happens if a technology can alter that curvature?
This is where the concept of anti-gravity appears. However, anti-gravity is not a magical switch that simply “turns gravity off.” The theoretical idea is this: if the conditions bending space-time can be altered, then the effects of gravity may also be altered.
Zero-Point Energy
So why does “zero-point energy” appear constantly in these discussions?
Because quantum physics introduces a highly unusual idea: empty space may not actually be empty.
Classically, empty space was understood as “nothing.” But quantum theory suggests that even apparently empty space contains tiny fluctuations of energy. This is known as Zero-Point Energy.
Imagine an ocean. The surface may appear perfectly calm. From above, it may look motionless. Yet deep beneath the surface, invisible currents continue to move.
The idea behind zero-point energy is similar:
The apparently empty fabric of the universe may actually be a hidden ocean of energy.
What if an advanced civilization could access this field?
Some theorists suggest that a craft might generate an intense localized field using this energy. If such a field could be created, then local gravity could theoretically be altered, space-time could bend, friction could diminish, and sound formation itself could be suppressed.
But who exactly is proposing such extraordinary theories?
Two particularly notable scientists who spent significant portions of their careers working for the U.S. government on advanced technology, consciousness studies, quantum vacuum theory, and the UAP phenomenon: Harold E. Puthoff and Eric W. Davis. Both figures operated not only within academia, but also within CIA, DIA, AATIP, and defense-related advanced research programs whose existence became public only years later.
And perhaps the most striking point is this: the theoretical framework developed by Puthoff and Davis did not emerge merely from propulsion research. Both men spent years at the center of consciousness studies. Hal Puthoff in particular played major roles in the CIA-backed STAR GATE and Gateway-related programs. Their work was not only about how vehicles might move through space, but about how human consciousness itself experiences reality.
Over time, an even deeper question emerged:
If space-time can bend, could consciousness itself have a far deeper relationship with reality than we currently understand?
At this point, one of the key figures in consciousness research enters the discussion: Charles Tart.
Tart challenged one of the foundational assumptions of modern psychology: Is human consciousness truly a single, fixed structure? According to him, what we call “normal consciousness” is not absolute reality. The human mind becomes conditioned into a specific operational pattern through culture, habit, perceptual conditioning, and identity formation. We call that pattern “reality.” But Tart argued that this is merely one organization of reality among many.
This is a profoundly destabilizing idea.
Modern people generally assume:
“I see the world as it really is.”
Tart disagreed. According to him, humans perceive only the reality permitted by their current state of consciousness. If consciousness changes, then the experience of reality itself may also change.
One of Tart’s most important concepts was “state-specific knowledge.” This idea proposes that certain forms of knowledge are not accessible in every state of consciousness. Some realities may become visible only within specific modes of awareness. What remains inaccessible in ordinary consciousness may emerge within another organization of mind.
Sufism and the Frequency of Consciousness
At this point, Tart’s ideas begin intersecting in unexpected ways with concepts expressed for centuries within Sufism.
Sufism has long argued that truth becomes veiled by ego, desire, and mental noise. Concepts such as fana, baqa, rabita, transcendence of the nafs, and inner purification may not be merely moral teachings. They may also represent forms of consciousness reorganization.
This is why a statement made years ago by Fethullah Gülen Hocaefendi becomes especially intriguing:
“A person must become capable of transmitting and receiving on the same frequency.”
Of course, this was not intended as a physics lecture. Yet beneath the statement lies a powerful intuition regarding resonance.
Because in physics, resonance is a relatively simple principle: when two systems vibrate at the same frequency, energy transfer becomes dramatically stronger. A vibration in one musical instrument can activate another string because the two systems have synchronized.
Perhaps consciousness functions similarly.
What Hocaefendi referred to as “self-nullification” may not mean annihilation, but rather the reduction of mental noise.
Imagine a radio. The station is already broadcasting. But if the receiver contains too much interference, the signal cannot be received. The problem lies not with the transmitter, but with the receiver.
And here, the Gateway reports, Tart’s consciousness theory, and the Puthoff–Davis framework begin converging in remarkable ways.
On one side are technological models attempting to bend space-time through immense energy fields. On the other are theories suggesting that consciousness itself may alter its own frequency organization and thereby experience reality differently.
Puthoff and Davis stand at the center of both worlds.
Perhaps these are simply two expressions of the same principle.
One attempts to bend reality externally.
The other internally.
If Tart is correct, then another possibility emerges:
Different states of consciousness may represent different modes of access to different layers of reality.
As humanity approaches the limits of technology, it may be returning to questions Sufism asked centuries ago.
Perhaps “becoming zero” is not merely a spiritual metaphor.
Perhaps the “zero point” is not merely a physical energy field.
Perhaps both are different languages describing the same threshold leading into deeper layers of consciousness and reality.
At precisely this point, certain narratives found within the Islamic tradition may begin to be reconsidered in light of modern consciousness studies. Because some phenomena described in classical religious texts display astonishing structural similarities to modern UFO-UAP reports.
One of the clearest examples is the famous incident involving Usayd ibn Hudayr, preserved in the most authentic hadith collections of Islam.
According to the narration, Usayd ibn Hudayr was reciting Surah Al-Baqarah at night when the horse tied beside him suddenly became disturbed. Whenever he stopped reciting, the animal calmed down. Whenever he resumed, it became agitated again. This occurred repeatedly.
Then, when Usayd looked toward the sky, he saw a cloud-like phenomenon containing lights resembling lamps, ascending upward until it disappeared.
The next day, when he described the event to Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him), he received the following response:
“Those were angels who came to listen to your recitation. Had you continued, people would have seen them in the morning, and they would not have hidden themselves.”
What is remarkable here is that the phenomenon displays several characteristics frequently associated with modern UAP reports:
silent aerial movement, luminous formations, extraordinary animal reactions, sudden appearance and disappearance.
If an identical event described by Usayd ibn Hudayr occurred today and were captured on video, it would likely look very similar to the UFO-UAP footage and reports now circulating in public discourse. Silent luminous phenomena, atmospheric anomalies, unusual animal behavior, and glowing forms with indistinct physical boundaries in the sky would almost certainly be categorized within modern anomalistic literature as a “UAP event.”
Perhaps, then, the real issue lies less in the phenomenon itself than in the ontological language through which we interpret it.
The point here is not to reduce angels to “aliens” or “technological craft” in a simplistic way. Rather, secular consciousness may interpret the same phenomenon through the language of UFOs or UAPs, while religious consciousness interprets it through the concept of angels.
Indeed, U.S. Vice President J. D. Vance recently stated in response to a question about UAPs:
“Someone else may see aliens; I may see angels or demons.”
Interestingly, Mr. Fethullah Gülen himself directly connected a striking experience he described in the early 1990s with the hadith of Usayd ibn Hudayr.
According to his account, the event occurred during a period of deep contemplation, prayer, and spiritual concentration. While walking at night, he suddenly found himself surrounded by an intense white mist. The fog became so dense that he struggled to see the faces of those beside him.
What makes the account especially unusual is that the people around him reportedly could not see the same phenomenon. At first he assumed it might be an optical illusion caused by his angle of perception. But after changing positions, he realized the phenomenon persisted.
Gulen directly associated the experience with the concept of “sakina” and explicitly referenced the hadith of Usayd ibn Hudayr. In other words, he interpreted the event not primarily as a physical anomaly, but as a different mode of reality experienced during a state of spiritual intensity.
However, the second part of the account becomes even more striking in relation to the modern UFO-UAP phenomenon.
Again while walking at night in a deep state of prayer and contemplation, he described seeing silent luminous objects moving across the sky. At first he assumed they were aircraft. But soon one detail became impossible to ignore:
They produced absolutely no sound.
This detail is extremely important.
Because one of the defining features repeatedly described in modern UAP reports is precisely this: extraordinary speed accompanied by near-total silence.
The same element appears in Gulen’s account. What initially seemed like only a few luminous objects gradually multiplied. He later described seeing hundreds, then thousands of silent “aircraft” crossing the sky. Their silence deeply affected him.
This observation parallels one of the central physical problems in modern UAP research. From the standpoint of classical aerodynamics, objects moving at extraordinary speeds should generate intense acoustic effects. Yet both modern UAP reports and Hocaefendi’s narrative share the same defining characteristic: silence.
If video footage of Gulen’s experience surfaced today, it likely would not look fundamentally different from many of the UFO-UAP recordings now archived in public databases.
Even more striking is the fact that the event emerged not during ordinary waking consciousness, but during intense contemplation, prayer, and altered awareness.
This aligns intriguingly with Charles Tart’s theory of “state-specific knowledge.” Once again, the phenomenon becomes visible during a different organization of consciousness.
At the center of Hocaefendi’s interpretation, however, stands the concept of “malaika” — angels.
Just as in the hadith of Usayd ibn Hudayr, he interpreted the experience through the language of “spirits and noble angels.” He did not use the secular vocabulary of UFOs or UAPs; rather, he understood the phenomenon within Islam’s ontological framework.
As I have written before, the U.S. government itself appears increasingly inclined to describe these phenomena using religious terminology.
Ultimately, however, only God knows the full truth.
