The headline is shocking, isn’t it?
Don’t rush; after reading the details, you’ll be even more shocked. Admittedly, you might say, “Those who orchestrated a fake coup and troubled the country can easily do such things!” and you would be right. But what I’m going to reveal in this article is so scandalous that it would make even the most seasoned observers exclaim, “Enough is enough!”
Because this involves ISIS, Syria, the defrauding of Qatar, and most importantly, an answer to one of the key questions about July 15, 2016 coup attempt in Turkey.
Before diving into the details, let me note that the information in this article and video is from such a critical source that MIT (National Intelligence Organization) executives cannot even attempt to deny it. They might just look at each other suspiciously, wondering, “Who among us leaked this?” Let’s get to the point without further ado…
As is well known, President Recep Tayyip Erdoğan, then Foreign Minister Ahmet Davutoğlu, and MIT Undersecretary Hakan Fidan supported and coordinated jihadist groups fighting against the Assad regime in Syria. These groups, whose identities and purposes are questionable, used Turkey as a settlement, camp, training, and logistics center.
All under the supervision of MIT.
Up to this point, everything was already known. It was even covered by the global media. However, there is also a purely financial aspect to the incident. In other words, Erdoğan and his team’s interest in Syria was not just ideological!
Under the leadership of Hakan Fidan, then Head of the Foreign Operations Department, Kemal Eskintan, codenamed “Abu Furkan,” established a massive profit scheme in Syria. Naturally, under the supervision of Fidan and the “Reis.” Their “stealing-plundering” system had two main pillars: “fake organizations” and the Joint Operations Center (JOC).
While it was known that taxes were evaded and black money was laundered through fake companies, the Erdoğan regime took it a step further by creating “fake terrorist organizations.”
The “system” worked as follows: While Turkey served as an education-transit and logistics center for jihadists, Qatar financed this system. Suitcases full of dollars from Qatar were delivered to Kemal Eskintan at MIT’s compound in Ankara.
By the way, we remember the images of suitcases and containers full of dollars from Qatar from the photos provided to the Ukrainian media by former Special Forces member Nuri Bozkır, who we know from the Sauna and Onion Trucks files.
In Kemal Eskintan’s office, there is a large steel safe on the left as you enter. The incoming money is placed in this safe without being counted or recorded. Eskintan’s mere statement, “I gave this much money to this organization!” is considered sufficient.
So, what do Erdoğan and the MIT management do?
Kemal Eskintan, known as “Abu Furkan” in Syria, can easily gather, merge, or separate opposition groups because he controls the money. All opposition groups are well aware of this.
Eskintan gives instructions to any group he contacts, saying, “Take a few people with you, find a name for the group you formed. Declare that your group opposes the regime. State how many armed forces you have and where you will operate. Upload a video to YouTube with Arabic-written banners and other props!” This is how a fake organization is easily established.
Then, as if such a group exists, financial and ammunition support is provided. In reality, nothing is actually done. They act as if something is being done and transfer the money to their embezzlement pool.
So, how is the money flow managed?
According to information from “first-hand” sources, a MIT staff member enters Eskintan’s office to carry the money. Eskintan opens the safe, fills the black suitcases with dollars without even counting them, and gives instructions like “Take a bit more, okay, that’s enough, close the suitcase!”
Each suitcase, filled by eye, contains between 5 to 6 million dollars. This scheme implemented between Qatar, Turkey, and Syria continued for years. Estimating the total amount of money involved is exhausting.
Of course, there is also the aspect that concerns Qatar.
The regime in Turkey, which extorts everywhere it wants, also defrauds its “ally” Qatar. Qataris believe they are sending money to jihadist groups, but a significant portion of that money is misappropriated.
Weapons and ammunition are sent to ISIS through front organizations The second method of the Erdoğan regime is to fund groups under its control through the “Joint Operations Center.” Here’s how it works: In this system led by the US, there is no unregistered money. The duo of Kemal Eskintan and Hakan Fidan radicalizes the groups they control to maintain their grip on the illicit area by keeping them out of the system.
In JOC meetings, they exclude the groups they control or have influence over by saying, “These are radical organizations, we cannot support them!” They use these front organizations to send weapons and ammunition to ISIS. When the money and ammunition from MIT are given to the front organization, ISIS conducts a mock raid to seize them.
So, what does all this have to do with July 15? As is known, Brigadier General Semih Terzi, Commander of the 1st Special Forces Brigade in Silopi, went to the Special Forces Headquarters in Gölbaşı on the night of July 15 and was shot by Sergeant Major Ömer Halisdemir as he entered the headquarters building. Thus, the regime’s needed “hero” became Ömer Halisdemir, and Semih Terzi became the “traitor.”
However, there was an organized plan behind Terzi’s killing. Because the process leading to Terzi’s death also exposes the organizers of July 15. Let me summarize from the statements of Major Mehmet Sağlam and Major Hüseyin Çakıroğlu, who are defendants in the July 15 case:
“Around 19:30, an order was received from the Special Forces Command prohibiting flights. Our Battalion Commander Ümit Tatan followed the takeoff of the plane bringing Semih Terzi in a way we couldn’t understand. Despite the flight ban reminder, he said, ‘We have permission for this flight. Notify me if there are any other flights,’ and called me at 20:45, asking for the plane to take off at 21:15. It is impossible for Zekai Aksakallı and Ümit Tatan not to have known about the coup attempt until around 23:30.”
Why?
Because then Prime Minister Binali Yıldırım had announced on NTV live at 23:02 that this might be a coup attempt. At that time, the plane carrying Semih Terzi had not yet landed in Diyarbakır after taking off from Ankara.
In other words, the plane could have been grounded or recalled. However, none of this was done. Instead, Zekai Aksakallı and Ümit Tatan closely monitored Semih Terzi’s boarding of the plane.
The execution order for Semih Terzi was given by Zekai Aksakallı! Continuing; the plane carrying Terzi and 28 personnel from the 12th Battalion of the Special Forces Command took off from Diyarbakır at 23:59. While the plane was in the air, Erdoğan appeared on TV and called people to the streets, but the plane was not stopped. Forty-five minutes later, the plane carrying Terzi landed at the Ankara Etimesgut Air Regiment Command.
The country was in turmoil, but an unseen hand continued to pave the way for Semih Terzi. Deputy Regiment Commander Ahmet Balaban, who greeted Terzi, said he received no information that the plane should not be allowed to land, that Terzi was a coup plotter, that measures should be taken against him, or at least his movement to Gölbaşı should be stopped.
The helicopter took off shortly after and landed at the Gölbaşı Oğulbey Barracks at 02:14 without encountering any obstacles. There, a group of Special Forces personnel greeted him with “Welcome!”
At this time, Zekai Aksakallı, who was hiding and calling Ömer Halisdemir 8 times to give the order “Kill Semih Terzi!”, did one more thing and ordered, “Only Semih Terzi will enter the barracks; no one else.”
As Brigadier General Semih Terzi walked toward the building without seeing anything unusual, Ömer Halisdemir shot Terzi from behind. Terzi was wounded, and his companions fired at Halisdemir, wounding him. First Lieutenant Mihrali Atmaca, in Terzi’s team, shot the wounded Ömer Halisdemir, killing him. The next day, Zekai Aksakallı kissed Atmaca on the forehead and congratulated him.
I provided these details to show that there is deep suspicion surrounding Semih Terzi’s position and execution that night. If it were just a coup attempt, stopping Terzi would have been very simple. Just like preventing July 15 would have been a two-minute job. Then Chief of General Staff Hulusi Akar, MIT Undersecretary Hakan Fidan, or President Tayyip Erdoğan could have stopped everything with a single statement.
Thus, no one would have died, and the country wouldn’t have ended up in this state. But for the continuation of Erdoğan’s regime, blood needed to be shed. In other words, that night, they deliberately sent people to their deaths.
Why was Semih Terzi killed? There is a crucial connection between Semih Terzi’s presence on July 15 and MIT’s “fake organizations.” As the Special Forces Brigade Commander in Silopi, Terzi had a clear view of the plundering and financial fraud orchestrated by MIT. In fact, there were reports that Terzi would be assigned as the 2nd Special Forces Brigade Commander and that he had “plans.”
Apparently, the Erdoğan regime, which knew of this situation, saw that the information Terzi held could eventually lead to them and prepared to kill him.
As you can see, it’s a combination of a mafia order and an agency (MIT) operating in defiance of international law, leading a state of corruption. These corrupt practices, involving the fraud of Qatar and illicit schemes in Syria, underscore how far-reaching and multifaceted the scandal is, connecting it directly to the events and decisions made around the July 15 coup attempt in Turkey.
